A brief message of thanks following the recent purchase ofour cave house in Cortijo Del Cura.

We’d had some fairly mixed experiences with foreign propertypurchases in the past but are extremely glad that we made contact with SIP whenwe first started researching Spain’s Granada region.

From the very targeted initial viewings that SIP organisedfrom our list of quite specific requirements and budget, right through to helpin negotiations with vendors, legal representatives and the Spanish authorities,we have been one hundred per cent happy with the process.  Contact, either in person, via email ortelephone, has been incredibly friendly throughout, consistently prompt andefficient, and all advice has proved accurate. Most importantly, the experiencehas been stress free,  both of us havingfelt helped and supported every step ofthe way.
