From our original enquiry emails over a year ago to finally viewing properties with you in November, everything has gone extremely smoothly for us since we came to you. And believe me with have dealt with several other agents.
Sean, Please DO post this on your website -You need testimonials from recent buyers - It is the one thing that I looked for on your website before we bought. I am very happy for you to give my phone number to any prospective purchasers if they request it because your service has been above and beyond anything I expected, and you have helped us far more than you needed too. More importantly we have found you honest and ethical in everything you have done. I know from speaking with others that have bought through you that you treat all your clients the same.
As neither of us speak Spanish getting things set up presents a challenge, but with you on our side it has been nothing less than a pleasure.
I can't imagine any other real estate agent setting up a bank account for us, and introducing us to the bank manager, arranging water and electricity change of names, helping us get the water turned on, giving us all kinds of practical hints & tips on how to & where to go for what, from best pizza to Home insurance, building merchants, hardware stores, the spanish names for which materials to use, your recommendations have all proved invaluable. These things you provide happily, with no charge or commission.
We needed to get an NIE to buy property, a service you charge for, but at a very reasonable price - but you also drove us to the office some 30 mile away in your car, took us to get the photos, did the paperwork in the office, then made an extra trip to pick up our completed paperwork. Most importantly you get the job done right, but the whole process is a thoroughly enjoyable one when in your company, even with your Essex boy humour!
Against recommendations on other websites we decided to use a lawyer that you recommended for our property purchase. He kept us informed every step of the way, and we received our deeds a few weeks ago. We were so happy with him that we asked if he could help with getting residency for us both. We are thrilled that he agreed. Now I have my residency (EU) and my husband's is being processed (non EU).
We had some work done on our home last week, again by someone you recommended, & we couldn't fault him. He arrived when he said he would, was very polite, obviously takes pride in his work as he did a beautiful job, and was quick, polite & cleared up too. We are looking forward to him starting some larger projects he has quoted on soon. We did of course have other quotes, but we are very happy that once again you recommended such a delightful & competent person to work with us on our home.You may not realize just what a huge contribution you made to our Christmas Sean. Yes, we are very happy with the home we found, but the peace of mind that we gained from knowing that we can trust you, the people recommended by you, and the genuine after sales service that you happily provide, is invaluable. Thank you Sean, you really did MAKE our Christmas.
