In June Pat and myself purchased an unreformed cave through Spanish Inland Properties. The cave was virtually a hole in a hill, on the outskirts of Cortijo del Cura near Galera. The cave house needed complete rebuilding and this was carried out by a small Spanish firm, Cuevas y Cortijos Andaluz. A fixed term, fixed price contract was drawn up by Spanish Inland Properties and the work completed by mid December when the keys were handed to us.
Spanish Inland Properties held our hands right through the transformation keeping us fully informed on how things were going. Pedro and his father, who run Cuevas y Cortijos Andaluz turned our hole in the ground into a beautiful Spanish home where we now live full time.
