The fitness centre is located close to the centre of Baza (Granada), specifically in carretera de Ronda,67.
Baza is a town of about 22.000 inhabitants, and is at the centre of the region known as 'The Altiplano' The surrounding area consists of a mixture of smaller towns such as Huescar, and many villages and totals approximately 50,000 people.

Ground floor
At the front of the building on the ground floor there's have a Cafe, which serves a wide variety of coffees, smoothies, juices and Herbal teas, as well as all kinds of breakfast and healthy snacks.
Also on this floor is the reception and changing rooms, fully equipped with lockers, showers, toilets, washbasins and hairdryers.
Studio Tatami: This studio is designed with a soft floor and is used for Yoga, Pilates, Karate, stretching, abs classes and other low impact activities.
Under this floor is an exercise pool which is not used at present but which could be reinstated easily.

First floor

The fitness area consists of:
Weights room : This contains a good selection of free weights and a wide range of Freemotion Epic machines (purchased in 2008)
Cardio Room: Fitted with Cybex equipment: 2 step and 2 elliptical machines, 2 bikes, 2 recumbant bikes, 2 treadmills and a Concept rowing machine.
Spinning Suite: 21 Tomahawk bikes and spectacular sound and lighting system.
Changing rooms: 1 male and 1 female (adapted for handicapped use).

Second Floor

Studio: Large studio with a sprung floor and mirrored walls. This studio is used for Aerobics, Step, Power, Circuit Training, Dance, Fitball, LBT and many other groups classes.
Reception Area: This is currently shared betwen beauty therapy and physiotherapy.
Beauty Therapy Zone: This area has a large central waiting area. There are two traditional therapy rooms and two hydrotherapy rooms as well as two large storage cupboards.
Physiotherapy Clinic: There are 2 treatment rooms and an office.
Creche: This is a small, well equipped area for children to entertain themselves.


Third floor: SPA

Large Hydrotherapy Pool with 10 stations.

Granada airport is just an hour away! Other nearest airports are Almeria, Murcia, Alicante and Malaga.

The coast is around 1h30 drive away although there are beach areas at Lake Negratin which is just 15 mins drive away.
