This property is situated in Carramaiza - a small hamlet which attracts many visitors due to the wonderful views across the Negratín Lake as well as out across the Jabalcón Mountain. The locals call Carramaiza ʽThe Balcony of Europeʾ because of its stunning views over the Sierra Nevada.

It is just a short drive to Cortes De Baza - the nearest village which has all the usual amenities.

Carramaiza is situated around an hour's drive away from the wonderful city of Granada which has ski-ing during the winter months and is the nearest airport followed by Almeria, Murcia and Alicante.

There are beach areas, hot springs and watersports at Lake Negratin and the coast is around 1h30 drive away and the nearest airport is Granada which is 1.5 hours drive away.
