The last room is a bedroom which is currently used as a study / spare double bedroom. There is also an attractive built in display area with a separate light.
Upstairs is accessed from the dining room. Going up the stairs, the master bedroom is to the left. This has a Spanish style wardrobe space with a curtain.
To the left of the stairs is a door leading to a landing, the first bedroom is a twin room with Spanish style wardrobe and shelving. The next bedroom is a single room used as a dressing room.

The next bedroom is a large double, Spanish style wardrobe. The final room is also a double or twin, utilised as an art studio.
There is great outside space which is gated and has a shaded area as well as plenty of room around the pool for sunbeds and chairs. Thereīs a large garage.

Campocamara is a short drive away, itīs a small village with stunning surroundings which make it a great base for exploring or undertaking outdoor pursuits such as mountaineering and hiking. It is a village famous for the quality of its wines, almond trees and olive groves and has several bars, a medical centre and a supermarket.
