This house is situated in the centre of Orce village just a stone's throw from amenities which include a school, a hotel, a chemist, a butcher's shop, small supermarkets, bars, two banks, a spring-fed swimming pool and a weekly market.
The property needs total reformation as it is just a ruin presently.
The door to the side of the property leads to an entrance hallway with stairs.
To your left there are two rooms, a bathroom (which has collapsed and has a hole in the exterior wall) and a courtyard which has a gate to the street.
To your right is a large room and in front of you is another large room with doorway from street, a large walk-in pantry and a kitchen.
I have been told by the Seller that it could be a future idea to split the property into two living accommodations, one upstairs and one downstairs, and as there are two separate entrances, one could lead to the downstairs living area and one upstairs.
Upstairs to your right is a huge and a small room and to your left is a large room, a smaller area used as a woodstore and the patio.
The patio areas are completely overgrown and I would guess measure around 30m2 each and I am told that in future if required they could be converted into garages, each pertaining to separate accommodation if the property was to be divided into two.
The nearest airport is Granada which is around 1h30 drive away, then Almeria - 1h45, then Murcia and Alicante around 2h15.
The coast is around 1h30 hour's drive away although there are beach areas at Lake Negratin around 45 minutes drive away.
