Reformation is just being finished on this lovely cave house (the reason for tools, ladders etc. in the photos) which is bright, airy and spacious.

The great thing about this cave is that there are what could be a total of 4 bedrooms downstairs but these could also be used as office space, a dining room, a smaller additional living room or a huge walk-in wardrobe depending on requirements.

When you enter the cave, to your right are steps leading down to a pretty room with ensuite. Opposite the entrance is a double bedroom and to your left is an open plan kitchen and living area.

Nearest airport is Granada which is around 1h30 drive away, then Almeria (around 1h45 drive away), then Murcia (2h15 drive away) and Alicante (around 2h30 drive away).

The coast is around 1h30 drive away although there are beach areas at Lake Negratin which is 50 minutes drive away.
