These barrios tell the story of how the villagers, particularly the old farming community, had come to live their lives. These barrios are used for safekeeping of their crops and animals, and also a place for them to take a nap during a weary day at the farm. Because of the many caves found within the areas, this is how Cuevas Del Campo obtained its name. Nowadays, tourists would rent and renovate these cave houses to serve as their permanent homes.
