After a visit to Galera where a representative of Spanish Inland Properties gave us a thorough insight into  how cave homes were constructed and showed us a number of properties from a hole in the ground to fully restored caves Steve and I were committed to buying a property in the area.

  In January this year we stayed in a rented cave for one week and were guided around the village by Craig and Shaun who were both incredibly, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional we were very impressed by the way in which they only showed us properties within our specification and budget and did not attempt to talk us into anything extra. The help we were given when we decided on a property to purchase was excellent and given that we do not speak Spanish we could not have coped with any of the legal requirements without Craig!  The whole process went smoothly, from choosing a solicitor to insuring the property and this was purely down to assistance from the team at Spanish Inland Properties.

In addition to the legal requirements everyone has gone out of their way to make us feel welcome and have more than surpassed our expectations and gone out of their way to help by taking delivery of boxes we sent from the UK, accompanying us to purchase furniture then taking delivery of this and installing it in our home, helping us with directions to villages, opening times of shops, closest major shops etc.  Whenever we need advice on something there is always someone on the end of the phone or in the office who we have been able to turn to and they are always friendly and willing to help with anything.  Security of our property when we are not in Spain was an issue for us and yet again Spanish Inland Properties came to the rescue by putting us in touch with an English couple who have assisted with this.
