It was thanks to the marvellous web-site at Spanish-Inland Properties that we first became interested in cave houses, and the lovely village of Galera in particular, and from the first point of contact were very impressed with the service offered.
Sally found us a lovely cave to rent for our stay, then Sean took us out for a viewing day, and we were shown a large number of lovely properties in the surrounding area.
It was fairly late in the afternoon when we walked into our dream cave, a property we had looked at many times on the web-site.
Our offer was excepted the following day, then Craig took us to open bank accounts, and explained the buying process in Spain, we returned home and were kept well informed of events in Spain.
We returned to Galera four weeks later, and with the help of Les, completed the purchase of our cave, we were then taken shopping by Sharon who helped us buy our white goods, plus beds and other furniture, which saved us so much time.
We are now proud owners of a small part of Spain. If only buying property could be made this efficient and stress free in Britain.
