The property is situated in El Margen which is a little village with a population of approx. 400 inhabitants situated between Galera and Cúllar(7km away). It has a few restaurants and bars, a monument of San Blas, many cave houses and mile upon mile of surrounding countryside.
The village of Cúllar is ten minutes away by car and has all the usual facilities for a village this size including a great public swimming pool open during the summer months.
The nearest airport is Granada which is around 1h20 drive away, then Almeria and then Murcia and Alicante. The coast is around 1h30 drive away and there are beach areas at Lake Negratin which is around 30 minutes drive away.
