It has a fully equipped, fully fitted kitchen, living room with pellet burner, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (all linen and towels are 100 per cent cotton) and large outside area with barbeque.

Access is good and there is parking off street.

The property is situated in a small hamlet called Cortijo del Cura which has the most stunning surrounding countryside and is just 5 minutes drive away from the unspoilt village of Castillejar. Castillejar has approximately 2,000 inhabitants and all the usual facilities. It has a market on Saturday morning and is a great base for outdoor activities. It has a huge open air swimming pool in the next village Los Olivos (5 mins drive by car) open during the summer months. The contrasting scenery makes it a great place for photography and art.
