It has lovely mountain views and the nearest town of Baza is just 5 minutes away by car. Baza is situated in a valley of the Sierra Nevada mountain range with a population of approximately 21,000 inhabitants. It is a big bustling town with over 10 parks, a bull-ring, cinema, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sports centre, hospital and history dating back to 400BC (the famous "Lady of Baza"). It is famous for its fiesta "Cascamorras" - a fun, busy and colourful fiesta.
Granada city and airport are around 1 hour's drive away and the coast is around 1h30 drive away. There are beach areas at Lake Negratin which is around 15 minutes drive away from this property.
