There is a heat pump which isn't in use at the moment but if you did want to heat the pool all year round it is ready to go. If it was to be used electricity input may need to be increased to accommodate it.
Outside the pool area is the pool house which has a ladder down to it and is a good size. There is a well on the property which isn't used currently and is covered over.
The land in front of the property is landscaped and there are steps down from the patio to another pretty area. Further down from this area is more land around 800m2 which has a car port (which has electricity and water), a storage room which is around 24m2 and a bike shed. The septic tank is on this land and there is also a tap.
There is irrigation throughout all the levels of land and the taps have timers on (although these need to be checked) and there are some outside patio lights.
