The barn was fully renovated to an extremely high standard 12 years ago by local professional builders and tradesmen. Therefore all items such as windows, woodwork, electrics, plumbing, toilets, baths etc are no more than 12 years old.

Hinojares is a beautiful traditional Andalucían whitewashed village in the province of Jaén - set in amongst the contrasting olive groves, almond and fruit trees, mountains and rivers and is a spectacular entrance into the National Parks of Cazorla, Segra and Las Villas which have magnificent mountain ranges. It has all the usual facilities and is a great place for nature lovers and enjoying outdoor activities including a beautiful river walk at the base of the village.
Hinojares is situated around 1h30 drive away from the coast and there are various beach areas at Lake Negratin in Freila which is approximately 45 minutes drive (46km).
